FAKE NEWS

Jesienka obyčajná a Ovca domáca

The photo book Jesienka obyčajná a Ovca domáca is a modern fable about people spreading fake news.
The sheep will eat the Jesienka obyčajná which is extremely poisonous. The sheep's stomach can digest this venom and excrete it through milk.
Then the milk is poisoned and people can unknowingly drink it and die.

Imagine jesienka obyčajná as fake news and sheep as the media that spreads them.
Sheep's milk is supposed to symbolize the spread of fake news.

The book is divided into three chapters where different types of
Munken paper were used according to the content.

For this project we traveled to Slovenská Lupča.
Where did we have to chase sheeps over pastures where jesienka obyčajná grew up in specific places in a specific season (autumn)
and climatic conditions.
A coincidence? I don't think so.
